Ready Rooter was a true partner when it came to managing our devastating plumbing issue. They methodically addressed each issue as it occurred to ensure unnecessary work wasn’t completed. We were brought to the table to make decisions each time there was a choice to be made. They went to great lengths to bring in numerous experts due to the complexity of our issue. They created an environment for respectful disagreement and listened to our input. My man Santino was an amazing help today! So he pulls up and he can tell I'm stressed because who wants to deal with plumbing emergencies on their weekend! But he's a real pro and he's like, i got you fam just let me cook, so like straight out he's passing the vibe check, right? Then he does the repair in like ten minutes like an absolute beast, then took the time to patiently explain gaskets and trap performance to show me what was wrong. And as a cherry on top, when he gave the bill I was like lawd that is absolutely reasonable!! Now I'm not saying that every experience will be like mine, but god willing and the creek don't rise, you get Santino and it's all gonna be silky smooth. We faced the dreaded scenario of a clogged kitchen sink during the holiday season - a time when finding any service is a tall order. From the get-go, RR scheduling service was great. In a situation where time was of the essence, their prompt response was a huge relief. Isaac, a cheerful technician with a pleasant attitude, was not only prompt but also incredibly thorough. He conducted a full investigation of the problem, ensuring that every aspect was addressed. He also went above and beyond connecting us with another company to manage the water damage from the leak. The field supervisor, Cody, was very helpful too, adding to the overall positive experience with his expertise and courteous demeanor. We had nothing but very positive experience with RR. ~ R Y

They came out on Christmas! In the evening!! Sure it was an emergency, but they came out and checked out the problem at no charge. Nobody else was even picking up their phones. I then had two other companies give me a quote and Ready Rooters were the most reasonable by far. Fernando and his crew were amazing. Showed up at 8 AM sharp (the earliest time they can make noise per ordinance), worked hard as heck, and left it clean after the job. Then followed up afterwards. I was and am impressed. Courteous, sympathetic, and through. Talk about professionals. All through out the process, I felt like they were on my side. I am really glad I found them. My experience with ready rooter from start to finish, was excellent!(prior plumber and current HVAC-R tech so i have high expectations due to time in the industry) Dispatch picked up right away, was friendly, even at 6:30am and took down my information and informed me that a plumbing manager would call within the hour to discuss our issue in depth. Within 30 minutes they called back and scheduled a time for the same day to look at our commercial building. Blaine is very knowledgeable and personable and took care of all the issues we were having on site, unlike another company that took several months on the same problem with no results, only bills. I have used them three times this month and plan on using them from here on out! Do yourself a favor and call these plumbers to solve any of your plumbing needs. ~ Rocky M

Fantastic Service! Just 3 days after getting our new kitchen in working order (and not having a kithen for 6 weeks), water was not draining from the sink. Ready Rooter team responded within hours of ThumbTack request -- they showed up about 9 pm and conluded after 45 minutes of testing that we had a real problem. Next day they showed up with power jet to see if they could break up the blockage 25' downline from the sink. Success! Problem? Grease & eggshells formed a concrete-like block. Fortunately or 80 year old house did not need to have a new sewer line installed. Guidance: never put eggshells, grease, or food through disposal in an older home like ours. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, extremely tidy, and respectful of our brand new kitchen. We highly recommend their plumbing services. ~ Sandra P

We just moved into are new house and had are sewage backing up into the basement in the middle of the night. Luckily Ready Rooter is a company that is actually available 24/7, I called at 11pm and they had us scheduled for someone to come out that night. I had called 3 other local companies and they all said they were booked for the night. The clog ended up being a more complicated situation but Jim(owner) and his crew were responsive throughout the whole process so there was never any surprises both in what they were doing and the cost of work. I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs they are professional, timely, and do great work not a single complaint. Had a nasty clog that was way out of my ability to fix, Ready Rooter came to the rescue. My tech Tristan showed up promptly, was super polite and respectful to us and our house. He quickly assessed what was the likely problem and let me know the possible outcomes ahead of time. It took some solid effort but he was able to clear my drainage problem which I was lucky enough that it also improved the drain issue I had in the adjacent bathroom. He also pointed out that my bathroom sink was in need of replacement which I had not been aware of but had been planning as part of our current remodel. I'm super thankful to have had him as my tech today, he was patient and persistent. And left my kitchen in better condition than when he arrived. Thank you so much Tristan! Adam (owner) and his team were amazing! Hailey (phone rep) provided friendly and prompt service from the start. She even made extra calls to follow up on our urgent need and let us know who will be coming to our house on a late Sunday night. Adam arrived for the inspection and was so detailed in checking the sump pump and calming our fears of possible flooding. He answered all our questions and didn’t rush us. Very, very kind. Tino (installer) came the next morning and was timely and helpful. He even recorded a video of what was happening in the crawl space with the broken sump pump so we could understand the problem and see it fixed. Everyone was so professional. I had two clogged kitchen sinks and contacted Ready Rooter. Surprisingly they had openings the day I called but it didn’t work with my schedule so I had them come out the next day. The front desk person I spoke to was nice and efficient. They texted to make sure I still needed them to come out the next day then a later text to give an ETA which I appreciated. Andrew was who came out and he was friendly, professional and courteous. He stated working right away, kept me up to date with the work and showed me the very clogged drains. Then he neatly cleaned up the area after he completed the work. The price for the work was very reasonable. Would I have them out to do future work? Absolutely! Would I recommend them? I reached out very distraught with a plumbing-related concern and asked if I could speak with a plumber before scheduling an appointment, just to determine whether a visit was even necessary. My call was handled very respectfully by Annie, who didnt rush my call and was thorough in understanding my concern. Within 20 minutes, she called me back with information from Adam, one of their plumbing associates. They were completely honest and let me know it was unlikely I needed a plumber, as it was probably something I could test at home. Other companies refused to speak with me without an appointment, so interacting with their team was genuinely refreshing and took a huge weight off my shoulders. We had a clogged shower drain situation rhat was caused by old corroded pipes. The whole project turned out to be way more involved than we thought. Ready Rooter techs came out promptly and attempted to unclog the drain, even though they were pretty sure the problem was pupe corrosion. We ended up replacing most of the plumbing under the house as well as the main drain pipe. All of the crews that came out were very kind and professional. They worked hard and fast. The project was completed ahead of schedule. Everyone that did the estimating was very easy to work with and explained the process well. They offer great warranty and financing which was a big plus for us as the project turned into a big one fast. The crews work 7 days a week well into the evening and they come out to start the project fast, no waiting to schedule for 3 months. ~ Galina L

Andrew from Ready Rooter came out to my house for a clogged drain within one hour of my original call. The water had backed up into my tub and overflowed from my toilet when I did a load of laundry the evening before. Andrew went above and beyond to trouble shoot and then the owner Mike came out to explain my options. Mike was very thorough in explaining the process and I did not feel too pressured into moving forward with a 6-20k job. Andrew was able to unclog my pipes and was so very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to support Ready Rooter and would recommend them to friends and family. After going 4 days without water and Doorstead sticking with a company that picked the job up but didn’t return calls and when we called the never picked the phone up and left us with no water and I mention to Doorstead this is going to turn in to something bigger and it did… the water heater burst cause of the cold weather. I had to mention to doorstead can we go with another company cause the one they stuck with didn’t even make an attempt to contact us or return our calls. As soon as Ready Rooter was contacted they called us the same day and came out to fix the water heater the very next day and their service was top notch!! Beyond fixing our plumbing issues, Ready Rooters truly went above and beyond. Our biggest concern, aside from getting our bathroom back in working order, was figuring out how we’d cover the cost. The damage was extensive and we were bracing for a major financial hit. Initially, I thought the best move was to call my insurance company right away. But Jim, one of the owners, stepped in with advice that completely changed the direction of things. He guided us through the insurance process, connecting us with Bingham Restoration, who helped us file a claim. From that point forward, they handled everything on the insurance side, advising us not to communicate with the insurance company directly so they could negotiate on our behalf and maximize what we’d get covered. Our kitchen sink drain backed up couple of days ago. We called Ready Rooter to unclog the drain. Santino and Zane arrived on time, and they are friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. They were able to unclog the drain within 15 minutes. I was impressed by them to provide quick and efficient solution to the problem. My wife asked them to give us the estimates to install the new kitchen faucet and to replace the under-sink water compression valves. Santino and Zane gave us the total estimates and we agreed. I was so impressed by their attention to the details during the installation process. I would give 6 stars for their work. Good quality work doesn’t have to come with high price tag. Great job! Blake did a good job explaining exactly what he was seeing in the sewer and what was needed to keep it working. I appreciated his knowledge and ability to convey information. He was on time and quick. I ended up selecting another company to do the work because I did not realize that RR is able to offer low interest financing. That was not clear based on the estimate and so we selected a different company to use. But I learned after we had already signed a different contract that RR can arrange for low interest financing, as well. They should put that on their estimate. I really like that the free inspection did not feel like a sales demonstration. But they would have probably gotten our business if they had followed up with the financing options sooner, as I did ask about it during the inspection and it did not originally seem flexible. ~ Brandy R

I found Ready Rooter online and called the number. There was an extremely helpful and kind lady to take my information and set up the appointment on the same day and in the time frame I needed. I was notified 20 minutes before the arrival of the plumber, and he completed the service and made his recommendation. He charged what they said they were going to charge, which was a very reasonable price. I really can't believe it. I have had such bad experiences with home repair services that I am completely amazed that Ready Rooter is helpful, fast, reasonable, honest, and does exactly what you would hope they would. Our experience started with Annie who made sure we got help on the same day. She was very personably and made you feel like she understood the situation and was there to help. She kept us aware of who was coming and time of arrival. Issac and Zane arrived and showed up sooner than expected. They diagnosed the initial issue very quickly. And unclogged the pipe. It was also impressive that Mike, the owner, also came by. Blake did the video and the real issue was uncovered. The bid was reasonable and the work was completed quickly and professionally. EVEN NEWER UPDATE 8/13/25: We ended up needing them to come back to fix a small leak and this time they sent Nate and Jose! They did a fantastic job too! They were quick and gave my mom a thorough explanation of the work they needed to do, which she appreciated. UPDATE 7/17/25: Utilized Ready Rooters services again and had Salem as our tech. Andrew and Danny came the same day I called and they were an absolute treat to work with. They did their best to unclog it without tools, asked questions to understand the situation and did their best to be helpful and transparent. They were super helpful and explained every step. Only place where i cant quitw say how they do is their pricing. It did feel like the quote to unclog a toiled by removing it and checking the line was quite steep at around 900 before tax, but they were also honest about it when it proved to be that the toilet was the issue and there was no clog. That yielded a different much more tolerable cost. Still, for what they did and how they work i can only recommend them as well ~ Cosmin

On a Saturday evening of a long weekend, we experienced a septic backup. The first few companies I contacted informed me it would be Tuesday before anyone could come out. This was not the case with Ready Rooter; within an hour of the emergency, Isaac arrived and did his best to calm and reassure me. As it turns out, we needed major work done. I had a great experience with Ready Rooters today. Isaac, the technician who came out, was super nice and very professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to explain everything as he went, as well as what I should look for in the future to identify certain issues. After finishing the job, he tested everything in front of me before sealing things back up so I knew it was all working properly. Isaac showed me exactly which drains needed work and which ones were fine, without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. There was even a special discount for drain service that he made sure I knew about, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone this straightforward and professional.
